Software Subscription Agreement Sample
Parties Involved:
Provider: Tech Solutions Inc.
Address: 123 Innovation Drive, San Francisco, CA 94102
Subscriber: XYZ Corporation

Service Description:
The Provider agrees to grant the Subscriber access to the software platform “CloudManage” via a subscription plan as detailed herein, including related support and updates.
Subscription Terms:
The subscription shall commence on the Effective Date and continue for a period of 12 months, renewable automatically unless terminated by either party with 30 days prior notice. Subscription fee is $500 per month, payable annually in advance or as specified.
Provider Responsibilities:
The Provider shall deliver access to the software, provide technical support, and ensure the service is available in accordance with agreed service levels.
Subscriber Responsibilities:
The Subscriber shall use the software strictly in accordance with the terms of this agreement and shall not attempt unauthorized access or distribution.
Payment & Fees:
