Parties:
Licensor: Your Company LLC

End User: The Customer or User
Purpose:
This End User License Agreement (EULA) governs the rights and obligations regarding the use of the software provided by the Licensor to the End User.
License Grant:
The Licensor grants the End User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software solely for personal or internal business purposes, subject to the terms of this agreement.
Restrictions:
