Sample SaaS Agreement (US)
Parties Involved:
Service Provider: XYZ SaaS Solutions Inc.

Service Description:
The Service Provider agrees to provide the Client with access to its SaaS platform, including relevant features and updates, as detailed in Schedule A.
Payment Terms:
The Client shall pay the Service Provider a monthly subscription fee of $XXX, payable in advance on the first day of each month. Additional usage fees may apply as specified herein.
Service Provider Responsibilities:
The Service Provider shall ensure the SaaS platform is available and maintained, providing support as specified in Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Data Security & Confidentiality:

Term & Termination:
