Parties Involved:
Service Provider: ABC Tech Solutions LLC

Service Description:
The Service Provider agrees to deliver IT support and related services as specified in this agreement, including network management, helpdesk support, and system maintenance at the designated client facilities or remotely.
Service Level Objectives (SLOs):
The Service Provider shall ensure system uptime of 99.9%, respond to support requests within 2 hours, and resolve issues within 24 hours, subject to the terms and conditions herein.
Service Provider Responsibilities:
The service provider will monitor systems continuously, provide timely updates, and escalate issues as necessary, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
Monitoring and Reporting:
Regular performance reports will be provided quarterly, and any deviations from agreed SLAs will be promptly addressed with corrective action plans.
