Service Description:
The service provider agrees to perform heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) maintenance, repair, and installation services at the client’s premises located at 8900 Commerce Street, Houston, TX 77003, or other designated locations as mutually agreed.
Service Terms:
Services shall be provided on a scheduled basis, with emergency services available as needed. Work will be performed in accordance with industry standards and applicable regulations.
Payment Terms:
