Product/Service Description:

The Vendor agrees to supply the products specified in Appendix A, including quantities, specifications, and delivery terms as agreed upon in subsequent negotiations.

Payment Terms:

The Purchaser shall compensate the Vendor according to the schedule outlined in Appendix B, with payments due within 30 days of invoice receipt.

Vendor Responsibilities:
