Trial Service Agreement Sample (US)
Parties Involved:
Service Provider: XYZ Tech Solutions LLC

Service Description:
The Service Provider agrees to provide a trial period of the software platform, as detailed in the scope of work, commencing on the start date and concluding on the end date unless terminated earlier in accordance with this agreement.
Trial Terms:
The trial period shall last for thirty (30) days from the start date. During this time, the Client may evaluate the software’s performance and suitability. The Client acknowledges that access to the software during the trial is provided “as-is” without warranties.
Responsibilities of Service Provider:
The Service Provider shall deploy the software, provide necessary support during the trial, and address technical issues as feasible within the trial period.
Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New York courts.
