License Description:

The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the licensed software/product, as specified in this agreement, subject to the terms and conditions herein.

License Terms:

The license shall be valid for a period of one year from the effective date, renewable upon mutual agreement. The Licensee shall not sublicense, distribute, or reverse engineer the licensed material without prior written consent.

Licensor Responsibilities:

The Licensor warrants that it owns the rights to the licensed material and shall provide necessary support as outlined in this agreement.

Licensee Responsibilities:
