Purpose:
This agreement outlines the terms under which the Supplier shall provide and stock inventory at the Retailer’s designated locations, ensuring timely replenishment and accurate record-keeping.
Stocking Terms:
The Supplier agrees to deliver stocked inventory quantities as mutually agreed upon, maintain sufficient stock levels, and replenish inventory as necessary to meet the Retailer’s sales demands. Inventory shall be stored in the designated locations specified by the Retailer.
Payment & Reimbursement:
