Parties Involved:

Employer: XYZ Corporation
Address: 123 Business Rd, New York, NY 10001

Employee: John Doe

Position & Compensation:

The employee shall hold the position of Software Engineer and shall receive an annual salary of $80,000, payable in accordance with the company’s standard payroll schedule.

Work Schedule:

The employee agrees to work a standard schedule of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with appropriate meal breaks.

Benefits:
