Graphic Design Agreement Example

Project Description:

The designer shall provide graphic design services including branding, logos, and marketing materials as detailed in the scope of work agreed upon for the project located at the specified deliverables.

Payment Terms:

The client agrees to pay a total fee of $5,000, payable in installments: 50% upfront, 25% upon halfway completion, and 25% upon final delivery. Payments are due within 15 days of invoice receipt.
