Event Details:
The catering services will be provided at 456 Celebration Road, New York, NY 10003, on the scheduled date of the event, as specified in subsequent negotiations.
Payment Terms:
The total fee for catering services shall be $5,000, payable in two installments: 50% upon signing this agreement and the remaining 50% before the event date, unless otherwise agreed.
Caterer Responsibilities:
