Event Venue Rental Agreement Sample

Parties Involved:

Venue Owner: XYZ Events LLC
Address: 123 Celebration Ave, Cityville, CA 90210

Event Organizer: ABC Events Inc.
Address: 456 Party Road, Cityville, CA 90211

Event Details:

The event shall be held at the venue located at 890 Event Blvd, Cityville, CA 90212, on the specified date and time as agreed upon herein.

Rental Terms:

The rental fee for the venue shall be $2,000, payable in full 14 days prior to the event date. Additional charges may apply for overtime or damages.

Parties’ Responsibilities:

The Venue Owner agrees to make the venue available in clean and suitable condition. The Event Organizer is responsible for any damages or extra cleaning required after the event.

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved within the courts of Cityville.

Additional Provisions:
