Parties Involved:
Service Provider: XYZ Digital Marketing LLC

Scope of Services:
The Service Provider agrees to perform search engine optimization (SEO) services to improve the online visibility of the Client’s website located at www.example.com, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and analytics reporting as detailed in Schedule A.
Payment Terms:
The Client shall pay the Service Provider a total fee of $5,000, payable in installments: 50% upfront and 50% upon completion of initial results as outlined in Schedule B.
Service Provider Responsibilities:
The Service Provider shall deliver the services in accordance with accepted industry standards, provide monthly progress reports, and implement strategies aligned with the Client’s goals.
