Project Description:
This agreement pertains to the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the roadways along Main Avenue, Springfield, IL, or other designated streets as specified in subsequent amendments.
Scope of Work:
The responsible party shall perform routine maintenance, pothole repairs, snow removal, and ensure the roads are kept in safe and acceptable condition as per the standards outlined herein.
Compensation:
The responsible party will receive a fixed monthly fee of $10,000, payable within 15 days of each month, or as otherwise agreed upon.
Responsibilities of Responsible Party:
The responsible party commits to performing all maintenance activities in accordance with applicable laws, safety standards, and project specifications.
Governing Law:
