Purpose of Agreement:

This agreement establishes the mutual rights and obligations regarding access, use, and maintenance of certain easements across each party’s property for shared benefit.

Easement Description:

Each party grants and agrees to uphold reciprocal non-exclusive easements over designated areas, including ingress and egress routes, utility access points, and maintenance paths as specified herein.
