Net 30 Payment Agreement Sample

Product/Service Description:
Provision of electronic components as specified in the purchase order, to be paid according to the terms outlined herein.
Payment Terms:
The Buyer agrees to pay the Seller the invoiced amount within thirty (30) days of the invoice date, i.e., Net 30. Payment shall be made via wire transfer or check, as detailed in the invoice.
Seller Responsibilities:
The Seller shall deliver the goods as specified and issue an invoice promptly. The Seller shall ensure all information is accurate and conforms to the purchase agreement.
Late Payment and Default:
In case of late payment beyond 30 days, the Buyer agrees to pay late fees or interest as stipulated in the invoice, and the Seller may pursue legal remedies for collection.
Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of the New York courts.
