Parties Involved:

Broker Agent: XYZ Freight Services LLC

Principal (Carrier/Shipper): ABC Logistics Inc.
Address: 456 Industrial Road, Houston, TX 77001

Scope of Services:

The Broker Agent agrees to arrange freight transportation services between shippers and carriers, negotiate rates, and facilitate timely pickup and delivery of freight as per the instructions of the Principal.

Commission and Payment:

The Broker Agent shall earn a commission of 10% of the gross freight charges for each shipment arranged, payable within 15 days of receipt of payment from the Principal.
