Sample Equipment Lease Agreement

Parties Involved:

Lessor: ABC Equipment Rentals
Address: 123 Industrial Drive, Houston, TX 77001

Lessee: XYZ Construction Co.
Address: 456 Main Street, Houston, TX 77002

Equipment Description:

The equipment covered under this agreement includes a 20-ton crane, serial number CR123456, located at the Lessee’s premises or as otherwise specified herein.

Lease Terms:

The Lessee shall pay the Lessor a monthly fee of $2,500 for the lease of the equipment, payable in advance on the first day of each month. The lease shall commence on __________ and shall continue until __________ unless terminated earlier as provided herein.

Lessee Responsibilities:
