Parties Involved:
Company: XYZ Business Solutions Inc.

Client: ABC Corporation

Scope of Work:
The company shall provide consulting services related to business development as specified in Schedule A attached hereto.
Payment Terms:
The Client agrees to pay the Company a total fee of $50,000, payable in three installments: first upon signing, second mid-project, and final upon completion.
Responsibilities of the Company:
The Company commits to delivering the services outlined in the scope of work with due diligence and quality standards.
Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County.
Confidentiality:
