Equipment Description:

The equipment covered by this agreement includes a set of laptops, printers, and accessories as detailed in Schedule A, located at the Lessee’s premises.

Equipment Usage and Responsibilities:

The Lessee agrees to use the equipment solely for authorized business purposes, maintain it in good condition, and return it upon termination of this agreement or as otherwise specified.

Term:

This agreement shall commence on ______________________ and shall continue for a period of ______ months, unless terminated earlier in accordance with this agreement.

Payment and Fees:
