Service Description:
The service provider shall perform pest control treatments at the specified premises located at 456 Oak Avenue, Anytown, USA, including the application of approved pest control agents to eliminate existing pests and prevent future infestations, as detailed in the scope of work agreed upon.
Schedule & Payment:
