Work Description:
The created work pertains to a digital illustration titled “Sunset Landscape,” produced exclusively for the client as specified in this agreement.
Ownership and Copyright Transfer:
The creator agrees that the work is performed as a “work for hire” pursuant to applicable US copyright law. Upon delivery and full payment, all rights, including copyright, shall be transferred to the client, and the creator waives any moral rights.
Payment Terms:
