Product Description:

The consigned products include various retail items as specified in Schedule A, stored at the consignee’s premises located at 456 Market Street, New York, NY 10002, or other locations as mutually agreed.

Consignment Terms:

The consignee agrees to sell the products on behalf of the consignor at the retail prices designated, and shall remit the proceeds, minus agreed commission fees, within 30 days of sale.

Parties’ Responsibilities:

The consignor shall deliver the products in good condition and provide necessary documentation. The consignee shall display, promote, and sell the products diligently in accordance with industry standards.

Governing Law:
