Property Description:

The property subject to this novation is located at 1010 Oak Street, Los Angeles, CA 90004, or another designated real estate asset as specified in subsequent agreements.

Novation Terms:

The assignor transfers all rights, obligations, and interests relating to the property to the new party (assignee), releasing the original owner from further obligations upon execution of this agreement.
