Parties Involved:

Operator: XYZ Operations LLC
Address: 123 Business Park, Los Angeles, CA 90001

Principal: ABC Corporation
Address: 456 Corporate Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90002

Scope of Work:

The Operator shall manage and oversee the specified operational activities related to the project at 789 Industrial Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90003, or as detailed in subsequent agreements.

Compensation:

The Principal agrees to pay the Operator a fixed fee of $50,000 per month, payable within 15 days of invoice submission, or as otherwise specified herein.

Operator Responsibilities:

The Operator commits to providing all necessary resources, timely reporting, and adherence to industry standards to ensure successful operation under this agreement.

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County.

Additional Provisions:

• The Principal shall provide the necessary access and resources for the Operator to perform their duties effectively.
• This agreement can only be modified through a written amendment signed by both parties.
• Payment obligations are conditional upon satisfactory performance of the services specified.
