Advance Payment Agreement Sample

Parties Involved:

Party A (Payor): ABC Corporation

Party B (Payee): XYZ Services LLC

Purpose:

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which Party A shall make an advance payment to Party B for services to be rendered as specified herein.

Advance Payment Terms:

Party A agrees to pay an amount of $10,000 (Ten Thousand Dollars) as an advance for the upcoming services, payable upon signing this agreement or as otherwise specified. The advance shall be credited against the total service fees due at completion.

Obligations of Party B:

Refunds and Repayments:
