Purpose:

This waiver acknowledges the Participant’s understanding of the risks involved in the activity and voluntarily agrees to release the Organization from liability.

Waiver Terms:

The Participant hereby waives any claims for damages or injuries arising out of participation in the activity, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including but not limited to negligence by the Organization.

Acknowledgment:
