Recitals:

WHEREAS, Party A and Party B wish to mutually resolve all claims, disputes, and liabilities between them, and wish to release each other from any and all legal obligations arising from their prior interactions.

Mutual Release:

Both parties hereby agree to fully release, discharge, and hold harmless each other from any claims, demands, liabilities, or causes of action, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to their relationship, transactions, or dealings prior to the date of this agreement.

Confidentiality:
