Single Member LLC Operating Agreement Sample

Introduction:

This Operating Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and for the sole member of the LLC, hereafter referred to as “Member,” to establish the management and operation of the limited liability company (“Company”).

Formation:

The LLC was formed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, with its principal place of business at the address specified above.

Purpose:
