Sample Payment Agreement (US)

Parties:

Payor: John Doe
Address: 123 Maple Avenue, Anytown, USA 12345

Payee: ABC Services Inc.
Address: 456 Oak Street, Suite 101, Anytown, USA 12345

Payment Description:

The Payor agrees to pay the Payee the total sum of $5,000 for services rendered, as detailed in the scope of work attached herein, payable in installments or as a lump sum upon receipt of invoice.

Payment Schedule:

Payments shall be made as follows: an initial installment of $2,500 due on or before March 15, 2024; the remaining $2,500 due upon project completion, no later than April 30, 2024.

Obligations of the Parties:

The Payor shall make payments in accordance with the schedule specified above. The Payee shall deliver the services outlined in the agreement and issue invoices accordingly.

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved within its jurisdiction.
