Parties Involved:

Scope of Services:

The Service Provider shall deliver IT support, software development, and consulting services as detailed in Schedule A of this agreement, tailored to meet the Client’s operational needs.

Payment Terms:

The Client agrees to pay the Service Provider a fee of $XXXX per month, payable within 15 days of invoice receipt. Additional charges for out-of-scope services shall be agreed upon separately.

Service Provider Responsibilities:
