Sample New York Residential Lease Agreement
Parties Involved:
Landlord: ABC Property Management, LLC
Address: 123 Broadway, New York, NY 10001
Tenant: John Doe
Address: 456 Maple Avenue, New York, NY 10022
Premises:
The residential unit located at 789 Park Avenue, Apt 12B, New York, NY 10022, inclusive of all fixtures and appliances as specified.
Lease Terms:
The lease shall commence on the 1st day of January 2024 and shall continue for a period of 12 months, ending on December 31, 2024, unless terminated earlier according to the provisions herein.
Rent and Payment:
