Property Description:

The property subject to this agreement is located at 789 Pine Road, Anytown, USA, or other designated property as specified herein.

Lease and Purchase Terms:

The Buyer shall lease the property from the Seller with an option to purchase it within a specified period, at a predetermined purchase price. Lease payments shall be applied toward the purchase price.
