Parties Involved:

Company: XYZ Corporation
Address: 123 Business Ave, New York, NY 10001

Advisor: John Doe
Address: 456 Elm Street, New York, NY 10002

Purpose of Agreement:

This agreement establishes the terms under which the Advisor will provide strategic advice and expertise to the Company on specified matters.

Advisor Responsibilities:

The Advisor agrees to attend meetings, provide feedback, and contribute insights related to business development, operations, and other specified areas as requested by the Company.

Compensation:

The Advisor shall receive compensation in the form of equity, stipend, or as otherwise agreed upon, payable as outlined in Schedule A attached hereto.

Term and Termination:

This agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue for a period of one year, unless terminated earlier by either party with thirty (30) days’ written notice.

Confidentiality & Non-Compete:

The Advisor agrees to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information and shall not engage in activities competitive with the Company during the term of this agreement and for a period of one year thereafter.

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.

Additional Provisions:

  • Any amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.
  • The Advisor shall disclose any conflicts of interest relevant to the advisory role.
  • This agreement is non-exclusive; the Advisor may provide similar services to other clients.
