Pet Description:

The pet involved in this agreement is a Labrador Retriever named Max, born on March 10, 2018, microchipped with ID #98234567891234.

Custody Terms:

The owner grants temporary custody of Max to the caretaker from July 1, 2023, to September 30, 2023, including provisions for feeding, exercise, and veterinary care as outlined herein.
