Independent Contractor Consulting Agreement Sample

Parties Involved:

Client: XYZ Corporation

Contractor: John Doe Consulting

Scope of Work:

The Contractor agrees to provide consulting services related to business strategy, market analysis, and operational improvements as outlined in Exhibit A attached hereto.

Compensation:

The Client shall pay the Contractor a fee of $5,000 per month, payable within 15 days of invoice submission, for the duration of this agreement.

Contractor Responsibilities:
