Purpose of Agreement:

This agreement establishes the terms under which the Affiliate promotes the Partner’s products or services in accordance with the provisions herein.

Commission & Compensation:

The Affiliate shall earn a commission of 10% of the net sales generated through the Affiliate’s marketing efforts, payable monthly upon receipt of payment from the customer.

Affiliate Responsibilities:

The Affiliate agrees to promote the Partner’s offerings ethically and in compliance with applicable laws, maintaining the integrity of the brand and following all provided guidelines.

Partner Responsibilities:

The Partner shall provide necessary marketing materials and timely payment of commissions as outlined. The Partner also agrees to support the Affiliate with relevant information and updates.

Term & Termination:

This agreement commences on the effective date and continues for a period of one year, renewable upon mutual consent. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Los Angeles courts.
